Deliveries and returns

1. Right of withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer at www.laboratoriamoda.com, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, except in the cases provided for by law.
Once the withdrawal has been notified, the consumer has 14 days to return the products.
2. Conditions for accepting a return
Return conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition and meet all of the following conditions:
- It must keep its original labels.
- It must not have been used, washed, stained, perfumed, damaged or tampered with.
- It must be returned in its complete, undamaged original packaging.
- It must include all the accessories, items and details received inside the Magic Box.
- It must be properly protected for return shipping.
The return request must first be sent by email to:
The deadline for requesting a return is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
The email must include the following details:
- Full name.
- Order number.
- Product to be returned.
- Reason for the return, if the customer wishes to state it.
- Photographs of the product and packaging, in the event of a defect, error or incident.
Once the request has been received, Laboratoria Moda will explain the steps to follow to make the return.
Returns of products that do not meet the conditions above will not be accepted. If the product is returned used, damaged, incomplete, without labels, without its original packaging or with items missing from the Magic Box, Laboratoria Moda may reject the return.
3. Base Dress
The standard Base Dress may be returned within the legal period if it meets the return conditions set out in this policy.
Returning the Base Dress before the size has been confirmed may affect the start of production of the Labbys and other made-to-order pieces. If the Base Dress is returned, Laboratoria Moda will not start production of the Labbys associated with that order, unless expressly confirmed by the customer.
4. Standard Labbys
Standard, non-personalized Labbys may be returned within the legal period, provided they are in perfect condition, have not actually been used, and keep their labels and original packaging.
5. Personalized products or products made to specifications
Returns on the grounds of withdrawal will not be accepted for products that are clearly personalized, made to measure, modified according to the customer’s specific instructions or made according to personal specifications, once production has started and provided that the customer has expressly accepted this condition before production began.
6. Size exchanges
Laboratoria Moda offers size guidance before purchase.
For a size exchange, the customer must contact Laboratoria Moda. The exchange will be subject to stock availability and the condition of the returned product.
For made-to-order or personalized products, a size exchange may not be possible if the piece has already been made according to the customer’s prior confirmation.
7. Return costs
Unless there is an error by Laboratoria Moda or a product defect, the direct costs of the return will be borne by the customer.
If the product has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item has been sent, Laboratoria Moda will bear the costs of the return or replacement.
8. Refund
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, Laboratoria Moda will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund may be withheld until the products have been received or until the customer provides proof of return.
The refund will be made within 14 calendar days of Laboratoria Moda being informed of the withdrawal, and Laboratoria Moda may wait until it receives the returned product, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
9. How to request a return

Stating:
Full name.
Order number.
Product you wish to return.
Reason, if you wish to state it.
Photographs if there is a defect or incident.
10. Defects or errors in the order
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact Laboratoria Moda within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photographs of the product, label and packaging.
7. MADE-TO-ORDER AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS POLICY

Laboratoria Moda is committed to conscious, limited and responsible production.
Some products are made to order to avoid overproduction, reduce textile waste and better adapt each piece to the customer.
1. Made-to-order products
Made-to-order products are those produced after the purchase or size has been confirmed, even if they are part of the Laboratoria Moda catalog.
Examples:
Labbys produced after the size has been confirmed.
Capsule collection pieces with limited stock.
Complements whose production is activated after the order.
2. Personalized products
Personalized products are those made or modified according to the customer’s specific instructions.
Examples:
Pieces with special measurements.
Changes of length, fabric, color or combination outside the standard catalog.
Bridal or event garments developed from personal inspiration.
Alterations, embroidery, special details or individual adaptations.
3. Start of production
Before starting production of a personalized product, Laboratoria Moda may request express confirmation by email, form or checkbox.
4. Cancellation
Personalized orders may only be cancelled before production starts.
Once production has started, cancellations will not be accepted unless expressly agreed with Laboratoria Moda.
9. TERMS OF PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNT CODES AND GIVEAWAYS
1. Discount codes
Discount codes will be valid for the period stated in each promotion.
They cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
They cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.
2. Promotions
Laboratoria Moda may modify or cancel promotions for justified reasons, technical errors, lack of stock or circumstances beyond its control.
3. Giveaways
Giveaways will have their own official rules, stating the organizer, prize, dates, territorial scope, participation requirements, winner selection, communication and data processing.
