2. Products
Laboratoria Moda sells modular fashion garments, including the Modular Dress, Labbys, textile complements, accessories, capsule collections, artistic collaborations and other related products.
The brand’s core concept is the Modular Dress: a garment that can be transformed using interchangeable complements called Labbys. The system is designed so that the customer can transform her look in seconds, enjoying a creative, sustainable and versatile experience.
3. Special ordering process: Base Dress + Labbys
Laboratoria Moda works with a conscious two-phase purchasing system:
Phase 1: Base Dress confirmation
The customer chooses the size and color of the Base Dress using the size guide available on the website. Laboratoria Moda first sends the selected Base Dress so that the customer can confirm the fit, size and color before production of the Labbys and other made-to-order pieces begins.
This system makes it possible to check the fit of the main garment before producing the complements, reducing errors, unnecessary returns and overproduction.
Phase 2: Production of Labbys and made-to-order pieces
Once the customer has confirmed the size of the Base Dress, Laboratoria Moda will start production of the Labbys and other pieces included in the order.
The Labbys and made-to-order pieces are made specifically after the size has been confirmed, following a conscious and sustainable production model.
4. Availability
All orders are subject to the availability of products, fabrics, trimmings and production capacity.
If a product is not available after the purchase has been made, Laboratoria Moda will contact the buyer to offer an alternative, a new delivery date or a refund of the amount paid.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs, if any, will be shown before the purchase is completed.
LABORATORIA CREATIVE SL reserves the right to change prices, promotions or commercial terms at any time, without this affecting orders already confirmed.
6. Payment
Payments may be made using the methods available on the website at any given time.
The order will be considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully authorized.
Laboratoria Moda does not store complete bank card details. Payments are processed through secure external providers.
7. Order confirmation
After making the purchase, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the order.
The customer should carefully check the order details, shipping address, size, color and selected products. If she detects an error, she should contact Laboratoria Moda as soon as possible.
8. Made-to-order production
Some products may be made to order, especially Labbys, capsule collection pieces, artistic collaborations, limited editions or personalized garments.
In these cases, production may begin after the customer has confirmed the size, color, design or specific details.
In the case of clearly personalized products or products made to the customer’s specifications, this will be expressly communicated before production starts.
9. Shipping
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process.
Delivery times will be shown on the website or in the order confirmation. Under the two-phase system, the Base Dress may be shipped first and the Labbys later, once they have been produced.
10. Right of withdrawal
For online purchases, consumers generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without having to justify their decision. This right is set out in consumer protection regulations.
However, the right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to the consumer’s specifications or that are clearly personalized.
At Laboratoria Moda:
The standard Base Dress may be returned in accordance with the Exchanges and Returns Policy.
Personalized, modified or made-to-measure products, or products made to the customer’s specific specifications, cannot be withdrawn from once production has started, provided that the customer has been informed and has expressly accepted this condition.
Standard Labbys made to order will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If they are not personalized, they may be returned within the legal period if they meet the return conditions.
11. Legal guarantee
All products sold by Laboratoria Moda are covered by the legal guarantee applicable to consumer goods.
The guarantee covers manufacturing defects or lack of conformity, but does not cover damage resulting from misuse, incorrect washing, normal wear and tear, improper handling, accidents or failure to follow the garment’s care instructions.
12. Garment care
The customer must follow the care instructions shown on the product label or product page.
Delicate fabrics such as silk, lace, chiffon, pieces with feathers, embroidery or special finishes may require professional cleaning or specific care.

The customer may contact Laboratoria Moda to resolve any issue amicably.

5. SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping areas
Laboratoria Moda ships to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other European Union countries, subject to logistical availability.
International shipments outside the European Union may be subject to additional costs, customs duties, taxes or procedures in the destination country.
2. Two-phase shipping system
To reduce returns and produce more consciously, Laboratoria Moda may split the shipment into two phases:
Phase 1: Shipping the Base Dress
The Base Dress chosen by the customer is shipped first so she can confirm the size, fit and color.
Phase 2: Shipping the Labbys and made-to-order pieces
After the size has been confirmed, production of the Labbys and other complements begins. Once they are finished, the rest of the order is shipped.
3. Estimated delivery times
Approximate delivery times are:
Base Dress in stock: 3–7 working days from order confirmation.
Labbys and made-to-order pieces: 2–3 weeks from size confirmation.
Personalized products or artistic collaborations: the time stated on each product page or in specific communications.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to fabric availability, artisanal production, order volume, public holidays, transport or causes beyond Laboratoria Moda’s control.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be shown before the purchase is completed.
Laboratoria Moda may offer free shipping on certain orders, promotions or minimum order amounts.
5. Delivery address
The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect details, repeated absence or failure to collect it, the additional costs of reshipping may be borne by the customer.
6. Transport incidents
If the package arrives damaged, opened or with signs of tampering, we recommend:
Taking photographs of the packaging before opening it.
Reporting the incident to the carrier if possible.
Contacting Laboratoria Moda within 48 hours of receipt.
7. Packaging
Laboratoria Moda packaging is designed to be reusable, functional and consistent with the brand’s sustainability values.
